Our Sueno jute and cotton rug is handwoven in India using time-honored techniques, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality. In the event of food or liquid spills, prompt cleaning with water and a clean cloth is advised to prevent staining. It's important to refrain from using any cleaning agents, as they may damage the natural fibres. Additionally, we recommend keeping the rug out of direct sunlight to preserve its colour and integrity over time.

Returns
We really hope you to love every item you receive, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to arrange a return.
If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days for a full refund -excluding delivery fees.
You are responsible for covering the cost and insurance of returning items to us. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns in the original packaging.
Please include your delivery note with a message, or email us for a returns form. Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange. Please note, that it usually takes up to three days to process a return.
