Envelope Delivery

This includes gift vouchers and envelope items, such as greetings cards.

Small Items - Standard Delivery
£4.95 Tracked
3-5 Working Days
This includes items such as general giftware, home accessories, small lighting and leather goods

Large Item - Standard Delivery
£25.00 Tracked
3-5 Working Days
This includes items such as artwork, small mirrors, large or heavy lamps.

Furniture Delivery
£55.00 Two Man
3-5 Weeks
Delivery to ground floor at address provided in check-out, to the room of your choice. We only use dedicated furniture couriers to transport our furniture.

You will be charged the highest rate, depending on what you add to your order.

For example, ordering: 2x greetings cards and 1x cushion would result in a standard delivery charge of £4.95

Items that are outside of our 'Small Item - Standard Delivery' charge will be indicated on the product page.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order quickly and efficiently, we usually despatch your order the same day - if placed before 3pm. However unfortunately during busy periods this can take up to 24 hours longer.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimated and can vary. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, sometimes our couriers can experience delays due to adverse weather conditions and break-downs, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please check your spam/junk folder as we, or our couriers, may have tried to update you.
